Fargo Fungi, a two-and-a-half-person family team, occasionally assisted by friends and family, grows gourmet exotic mushrooms and makes various mushroom food products. Founded three years ago as a basement farm, the business has since significantly expanded. The team is passionate about farming and loves exploring the possibilities of mushrooms through new cultivation methods for various rare species, showing people food they haven't seen before, the science of it, and the whole cultivation process!
