Our Mission
The North Dakota Local Food Development Alliance's (NDLFDA) mission is to design and implement a local food development plan to achieve the vision of a vibrant, prosperous, local food sector.
We connect you with others who are also working toward creating a local food system. We build the capacity of our member organizations by providing support and resources. We can achieve more when we work together. Join us today!

Join our movement! Membership is open to all. To become a member of NDLFDA, complete the short enrollment form and pay a membership fee. The $50 lifetime membership fee supports our local food community. We want membership to be accessible for everyone. If you are unable to pay the fee, contact us!

RESOURCES
How can we help?
In March and April 2020 FARRMS created a short survey to determine the needs of ND farmers and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are leaving the survey open because we still want to know how we can help.
In 2016 and 2017, ND local food leaders created an outline for the development of a coordinated local food system in North Dakota. Their work led to the formation of NDLFDA. Read the ND Local Food Plan below.
Updated April 17, 2020, this document is a compilation of North Dakota specific resources for farmers, farmers markets and nonprofits.
