23, 2009, FARRMS will host an Organic Processing Seminar for processors and others considering an organic processing enterprise.
The seminar will cover basic organic principles, organic
certification requirements,
maintaining organic integrity
and what to expect during an conorganic
inspection. Participants
will also experience a “virtual” tour of an organic processing
facility.
The course will be taught by
experienced organic inspectors
and trainers.
