With his many years of hands on experience, Keith can answer questions on all aspects of veg production, mulching, harvesting of vegetables, and marketing. He also has experience with greenhouses. David has over 30 years of experience in all areas of organic culture – weed control, soil fertility, use of animal manures and green manuring, plant selection and breeding for organic culture, chicken and turkey production on a large scale, pork and poultry production for home use, tillage practices, grain storage, marketing and home food production.
