Sustainable U Education Event - December 4, 2010
Interested in livestock? We'll have four workshops just for you! Pasture rejuvination, Cover Crop Grazing, Finishing Cattle on Grass and Winter Bale Grazing. Maybe your passion is crops - we're going to talk about Cover Crops, Soil Biology, Composting and No Till in Organics. Gardening is your forte? Find out about Mulching, Cold Frame and Season Extension, Seed Saving and Starting Plants.
We're also going to include some general interest workshops about important topics: Transferring the Farm and Marketing Your Farm to the Media.
After a day of great learning opportunities, we're going to finish it off with a social and banquet followed by some wonderful entertainment.
