Mentoring Programs Available!
The first mentoring program will be found on our website. You will be able to see the mentors available, read a synopsis of their areas of expertise and then we will have contact information for them, either email or phone, so the producer can get help with a specific problem.
The second program we are offering is a one on one mentor opportunity. The producer requesting help will fill out a brief application and FARRMS will match them with a mentor that has experience with the type of operation they need help with. This would be a one year commitment and the mentor will actually visit the producer's farm.
